We allow any practices to post job opportunities on our website. Our site has been founded to enable Christian or mission minded practices to find ophthalmologists that may be similarly minded and therefore make good partners in practice. We do not encourage discrimination based on sex, any particular religion, age or background. As opposed to hiring an employee to a practice, recruiting an associate with the possibility of partnership has been likened to a “marriage.” Due to this, it is natural for careful scrutiny of a person’s qualification and an interview to be essential to find a good match for a particular practice.
