Our organization is very unique and we are searching for a very unique Doctor of Optometry. We have a fantastic hybrid model; a mix of academic and private practice, that allows for exceptional care and outcomes for our loyal patients. We are a team-oriented practice, sharing knowledge, patient care, and all aspects of education.

The Educational Pedigree of Our Physician Team:

Each of our 8 ophthalmologists has earned a fellowship in Glaucoma. Doctors on our staff include 5 Bascom Palmer trained Glaucoma surgeons. Our team has been trained at prestigious academic centers including: Bascom Palmer, Wills Eye Hospital, Baylor University, University of Southern California, Emory University, The Wilmer Eye Institute, Harvard University, and UCLA. One of our glaucoma surgeons is also MPH, while another is a PhD. Members of our physician team teach at UT-Southwest and University of North Texas. Our doctors lecture and continue to publish papers and book chapters. In short, we are believers in bringing the best of the academic and private practice worlds together for the benefit of our patients.

Our team is recruiting a Residency trained or Experienced Medical Optometrist for the needs of our practice. This is a very intellectually stimulating role including much pathology. Candidates with a strong interest or desire to immerse themselves in Glaucoma will love it here and will be mentored by 8 extremely proficient teachers.
