This is a tremendous opportunity to work with a first-class 10 MD ophthalmology group practice in a community that has a legitimate need! We are looking for a comprehensive ophthalmologist with excellent cataract surgery skills to replace a retiring ophthalmologist at a growing practice. This is a high volume, high efficiency practice – You can potentially do up to 2,000 cataract cases/year! Glaucoma specialty is definitely a plus -- No one is doing MIGS within a 100-mile radius! Lots of potential for basic oculoplastics and strabismus procedures as well.

You will be busy right away! We are the number one practice in the high plains of Texas serving 450K+ people across 4 states and the existing patient volume will be available to the incoming doctor. Two busy doctors are slowing down/retiring and all the other ophthalmologists are overloaded and looking to divert volume to a new partner. This area is underserved, and many patients are getting turned away or untreated/undertreated.

We have an excellent referral network with the 60+ ODs in the region, and the AAAHC-rated 2-OR ASC (soon to be 4 ORs) is conveniently located next door to the clinic and is exclusively for ophthalmologists.

This is a lucrative longterm opportunity!  It is a partnership track opportunity, along with the potential for buying in to the ambulatory surgery center too.  And there is terrific earning potential even before partnership!
