OCULOPLASTICS Specialist Needed for Thriving EAST TEXAS Practice!  Partnership Potential!

We are looking for an ASOPRS fellowship-trained Oculoplastics Specialist to join the largest independent multi-specialty group in East Texas!

Our collegial 13-physician group is experiencing tremendous growth due to the thriving East Texas economy and OCULOPLASTICS eye care is underserved. You will be able to walk into a busy oculoplastics practice with complete technician and scribe support and enjoy a steady stream of internal and external referrals.

For young ophthalmologists, our current Oculoplastics Specialist is well experienced and will be a great MENTOR.

Starting out, this will be a full-time, employed position but we are looking for a like-minded doctor who is looking for a long-term PARTNERSHIP fit. We want to find a doctor who recognizes the value of our most important resource, our people, and is willing to engage with and serve the East Texas community. We are looking for a good collegial teammate who has the patient’s best interest in mind and is highly technical and skilled.

If you would like to teach, there will be opportunities to do so within the local hospital community and the new University of Texas medical school.

Most surgeries are performed at one of our two physician-owned, state-of-the-art AAAHC Certified ASCsand at 2-3 local hospitals.  There are also a fair amount of procedures done in-office.

A competitive salary, complete benefits package, quarterly bonuses, legal shield, sign-on bonus, and relocation is available. Our compensation packages exceed national salary averages and include lucrative productivity bonuses.

The Area

Tyler is nestled within beautiful pines, azaleas, and dogwoods, and is a great place to raise a family. It's the largest city in Northeast Texas but with a small-town feel. You will find friendly people, all the amenities you would see in a large metropolitan area, and plenty of things to do around the beauty of the local parks, botanical gardens and arboretums, lakes, zoo, and the world-famous Rose Garden. It has a thriving and diverse economy supported by multiple colleges, hospitals, agribusiness, energy, and technology. If you want to experience a night on the town, theatre, concerts, or professional sporting events, Dallas is only 90 minutes away. The beaches of the Gulf Coast are also within easy reach.
